You will stand at a table and assist people with registering to vote, share polling locations, and provide other general election information. This tabling event is inside at the Amherst Survival Center.
For parking, those with a disability are welcome to park in the accessible spots in the parking lot, however, if folks are able, parking on Cowls Road (a 3-minute walk) would be greatly appreciated. Cowls Road is just down the road from the Survival Center, right next to The Harp Irish Pub.
All volunteers go through a one-hour training over Zoom prior to their first shift. Please contact Emily Reardon, Advocacy Coordinator, at emilyr@foodbankwma.org with any questions. Emily will reach out to new volunteers to schedule a training meeting. Thank you!
