Help out at our first Monthly Meals Club Phone Drive! We need volunteers to help call and record phone donations throughout the day. The Phone Drive will be run out of the Food Bank of Western Massachusetts in Chicopee.
Volunteers will be calling donors to thank them, answer any questions, and encourage them to deepen their impact by joining our newly relaunched Monthly Meals Club.
This will help provide the steady, reliable support that helps us plan ahead and respond quickly to growing needs and unexpected challenges.
Volunteers will be given a script for phone calls and instructions on how to record donations.
