As a Warehouse Tour Volunteer, you will be the ones guiding guests to the warehouse doors, making sure everyone is wearing closed-toe shoes and does not have any Food or Drink to take with them into the warehouse.
Your role is to greet attendees with a warm and friendly demeanor, offer information about approximately when the next tour will be, and guide them to the appropriate tour area.
Two volunteers will be manning this station to make sure someone is there at all times to help direct volunteers.
Volunteer parking for this event is in the Hyundai L&C USA lot
Event Overview:
The Food Bank will be hosting an Open House, an evening of gratitude, flavor, and community as we celebrate our incredible supporters across Western Massachusetts and their dedication to ending hunger.
We are coming together to experience a tasting tour of local flavors from all four counties, a behind-the-scenes tour of our warehouse, a brief award ceremony celebrating a few key members of our community and the chance to be around others who share the same dedication to the Food Bank mission.
